This 4 day “Oracle BI Health-Check” will provide a thorough and
independent review of a BI Implementation from both a technical and
functional perspective.

Performed by an experienced BI Architect, the review will cover the entire
Business Intelligence product stack, from the end user Dashboards and
Reports right down to the underlying Data-Warehouse.

The focus will be on making sure the implementation meets or exceeds
expectations in a number of key areas, for example:

    • Development Standards
    • Architecture and Design
    • Performance
    • Security
    • Front-end Usability
    • Appropriate use of Product Features and Tools

At the end of the review process, the Customer will be presented with a
detailed set of findings and constructive recommendations.

The Health-Check will typically involve the following tasks:

    • Implementation Overview with Project Management Team
    • Design / Architecture Review with Implementation Team
    • Review with Business Sponsors / End Users
    • Detailed Review of BI Implementation:
