As we draw to the end of what’s been a great year here at Peak Indicators, preparations for 2018 are now well underway. Part of these proceedings are currently surrounding the upcoming HRD Summit, which will take place at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham on 6th & 7th February.
The HRD Summit event is now in its 16th year, with the scale of the meet continuing to grow each year. Bringing together industry experts, innovators and strategic thinkers, it is the most senior gathering of HR Executives worldwide. With more than 1,000 high-level attendees expected, it’s one we’re now looking forward to.
The theme for the 2018 event will be ‘Curators of the New Business Landscape’ and it will facilitate discussion surrounding the drivers that are reshaping the workforce landscape.
Given that workforce retention is one of our primary areas of expertise, we’re eagerly anticipating plenty of thought-provoking discussion with attendees at this year’s event. We launched our Workforce Retention Analytics service back in 2016 and through it we continue to help large companies throughout the UK to reduce employee turnover.
Those interested in finding out more about Workforce Retention Analytics - as well as our other services - will be pleased to hear about the ‘roundtable’ discussion event which we’re hosting at next year’s HRD Summit. This will be titled ‘How Do You Use Analytics to Measure Employee Engagement?’
In addition to the roundtable event, we’re also keen to arrange plenty of 1-2-1 discussions with attendees. The portal for booking these will open on the 15th December and we’d be delighted to speak with any attendees looking to revolutionise their approach to business intelligence and analytics.
It will be our second year in a row at the Summit, following a successful visit to the 2017 event. There we enjoyed networking with the attendees, whilst our Technical Director Tony Heljula gave a well-received presentation on ‘Workforce Retention Through Analytics’.
We also ran an Apple Watch giveaway, which we presented at the end of the second day. Make sure you stay tuned to our Twitter feed for news of any competitions this year, whilst we’ll also have some freebies for those chatting to us at our stand.
