Andrew Ball, Chairman and Chief Operating Officer

Andrew is co-founder of Peak Indicators, and has over 20 years experience working in the BI & Data Warehousing area. Prior to Peak Indicators, Andrew's roles included BI Practice Director for Oracle U.K. and Practice Director for Siebel's EMEA Analytics Competency Centre.

Kenneth Neilson, Managing Director, UK

Kenneth has over 16 years experience working in the BI & Data Warehousing field. Prior to joining Peak Indicators, Kenneth worked for Unilever, Deloitte and other specialist BI consultancies. Having gained expertise in technical project delivery, with over 20 full lifecycle projects, Kenneth moved into programme and account management, building teams and working with clients to ensure that they got the maximum return from their BI investment.

Antony Heljula, Technical Director

Antony is an Oracle ACE for Business Intelligence and is one of Europe's leading BI architects with a focus on the Oracle BI and related database and middleware products including BI Foundation, Exalytics, BI Applications, Spatial, Real-Time Decisions (RTD), Big Data Discovery, Data-Mining, Endeca, SOA Suite and Oracle VM.

This year Antony has been instrumental in the launch of an Oracle BI load testing tool, he presented on our InfoGraphisViz Plugin at Kscope in Texas, had his first article published in Oracle Scene sharing his views on changes in the analytics market place over the last 10 years.His proudest moment so far, this year was having his work with Oracle recognised with the accolade of Peak Indicators being awarded Oracle Cloud Analytics Partner of the Year.

He has over 15 years' experience working with Oracle BI and Data Warehousing and is the Technical Director at Peak Indicators.

David Hall, Services Director

David has been working in Data Warehousing since 1999, initially in technical roles on SAP programmes before he joined Siebel and Oracle. David was a lead architect driving the adoption of Siebel Analytics across multiple international projects in the UK and Australia.

As Services Director, David has led the move to Agile Analytics implementation and the delivery and creation of services that enable organisations to navigate the transformation from legacy to modern analytics platforms.
